Another tip for painting black. Don't highlight with white/grey. In fact, mix a little of another colour into the base, a green/blue/red/brown etc to give something else to the core colour in the army. It's a little visual interest. Then use this same colour, or a lighter shade of it, to mix in and bring your highlights in.

Add white to Ushbati bone for the parchment and decoration. 8.Paintrbush Oil Wash, Burnt Umber. Place burnt umber into the deepest recesses of the face and leave to cure for 5- 6 hours. Then using a brush dampened with white spirit gently pull the colour out to create a subtle blend. And voila! Iron Warriors.
