playing Zeta makes the game much easier, you can go straight from the vault to the crash get the alien weapons and have the ammo not run out till late game and at that point you can give the ship a good once over and get more cells. then anchorage then pit then finish off with point lookout. r/Fallout.

If you aren't shooting at them with late game weapons, you're not going to do much at all. In 4 for the most part, tougher enemies just make the fight take longer. 40 hours is pretty typical. 3.2K votes, 284 comments. 983K subscribers in the Fallout community.
Put the second disc into your 360, and start it up. Choose what DLC you want to install, and press the install button. When it's done, remove the second disc, and put the game disc in. Load up your game save, and wait for a bit. When a message pops up in your game for a DLC, it's been initialized and is now loaded for you.
Automatron DLC Starting Quest. After you’ve downloaded the add-on, check the main menu for the “Add-ons” option. If it’s not there, you’ll have to update the game. If it is there, you should see Automatron listed inside once you click it. You’ll need to be at least level 15 to start the new quest chain.
Here, you will find information on getting through Fallout 3's main quest, from your time as a child in Vault 101 to the game's ultimate conclusion far, far away from your early environs.
The DLC shows up when I look in system settings, it shows up when I look at details of Fallout 3 in Aurora. But it doesn't show up in XM360. When I start up Disc 1, I get the message 'Loading Extra Content', but when I start the game, I don't have any Radio signals for the DLC locations.
Level 20 is definitely a good level to begin. I just completed my first playthrough of the whole game and am now gonna do an explosives run. I recommend doing the DLC in the order they came out, Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, then Lonesome Road. *Spoilers*. But be forewarned, when you start Dead Money you will have all your weapons
in the original game. As soon as you complete the retail Main Quest, the Broken Steel quests begin. In addition, installing Broken Steel raises the game's level cap to 30 and adds new weapons for you to find and new foes for you to face. These new weapons and foes can appear anywhere in the game, even in the original retail content. Starting the DLC - The crashed ufo before you start the DLC will no longer forcefully teleport you to the ship, instead requiring the ship to be activated and a confirmation upon reading a message, like New Vegas DLCs. This allows the crash site to be explored and looted without starting the dlc, as was in Fallout 3's base game. F1waT.
