Preheat your gas grill to medium-high heat. Place the roast on the grill, and sear it for 3-5 minutes per side. Then, turn the grill down to low heat, and cook the roast for 20-30 minutes, or until it reaches the desired level of doneness. When beef is roasted on the gas grill, it adds a lovely smoky flavor.
