The Cultist set is a good choice if you want your summons to last a lot of time, but in that case the Soul Anchor amulet is an overkill. With both the Cultist set and the amulet you get a 200% duration bonus which isn't really needed, the 100% bonus you get from the armor set is definitely enough.
The Chicago Typewriter is a fan-favorite from Remnant: From the Ashes, and it's back again for a good reason--it's just really damn good. Though it's best used in short- to medium-range encounters
